The Camper Application Process: A Guide for Parents

To ensure that the application process is smooth sailing for you and your camper, we've put together this handy guide to walk you through each step.


Step 1: Accessing the Camper Application

To start simply visit our website. Once you click on the ‘register here’ button you will be redirected to our Camper Registration Site and you have access to the camper application.



Once you enter your name, email address, and your relationship to the camper, you'll have the option to create an account. We strongly encourage you to do so, as it allows you to revisit the application and easily fill out the additional forms that will become available as you progress through the process.


After you click continue you will come into this screen on your left. Select this years session and click continue.






Please ensure you input your camper's names in these fields. Once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, you can kick off the application process by clicking "Begin Application".





If you don't have a picture of the camper handy, no worries! You can skip this part for now. Rest assured, you'll have another opportunity to provide a picture at a later date. We want to make sure the process is as convenient as possible for you.



To complete your camper's registration, an application fee of $25 is required. You can pay the fee securely online through our website we have two options: credit card or check. If this is not suitable, please reach out to campdirector@girlsquest.org.





Once you've securely submitted your check or credit card information into the system, you'll be prompted to complete the application. Once you've finished this step, your application is complete. It's as simple as that!
