Here’s What to Expect, Step by Step
We’re excited to share that camp registration for 2026 is officially open. Whether you’re brand new to our community or a returning family, we want the process to feel clear, simple, and stress-free. Below is exactly how registration works and what happens after you sign up.
Step 1: Register Online via Our Website
To get started, simply click this link.
You’ll be redirected to CampMinder, our secure camp management system.
In CampMinder, you’ll:
Create or log into your family account
Complete your daughter’s camper application (shown under Step 1 in the image below)
Pay the $25 registration fee
If your family is eligible for financial assistance, this registration fee may be the only payment required at this stage. We go into more detail about tuition, assistance, and eligibility in earlier blog posts, so feel free to check those out for the full picture.
Once this step is complete, your camper is officially registered for 2026 🎉
Step 2: Complete Required Camp Forms
After registering, you’ll receive an email with a link that takes you back into CampMinder. This is where you’ll complete all required forms.
These forms (shown under Step 3 in the image below) are essential. Without completed forms, your child cannot attend camp. Please don’t skip this step.
You’ll be asked to fill out:
Physician’s Medical Form
Completed and signed by your child’s healthcare provider. This includes medical history, immunizations, and clearance to attend camp.
Camper Medical Form
Information provided by parents or guardians, including allergies, medications, dietary needs, and general health details.
Parent/Guardian Authorization Form
Gives camp permission to provide medical care if needed and confirms emergency contact information.
Code of Conduct
Outlines expectations for camper behavior, community values, and safety guidelines. This must be reviewed and agreed to by both parent and camper.
Financial Form (shown under Step 2 in the image below)
Required for families. You'll be asked to upload your W-2 so we can verify eligibility and process assistance accurately.
Take your time completing these forms accurately. They help us keep every camper safe, supported, and set up for a great experience.

Step 3: Welcome Email & Next Steps
Once your registration and forms are in progress, you’ll receive a welcome email from our Camp Director.
New camper families will be invited to a Zoom welcome meeting with the Camp Director. This is a chance to meet us, ask questions, and learn what camp will feel like day-to-day.
Returning families are welcome to join the Zoom as well if they’d like a refresher or want to hear what’s new for 2026.
We love connecting face-to-face and making sure everyone feels confident and excited before summer begins.
