Camp 2025 is just a few short weeks away, and we can’t wait to welcome your camper to the mountains. Whether this is your first summer with us or a return to a familiar place, we’ve been working behind the scenes to prepare for a safe, fun, and empowering experience for every girl who joins us.

Camper Families: What We Need From You

To make sure everything runs smoothly on arrival day, please take a moment to check that all required camper documentation has been submitted. This includes:

• Health forms

• Immunization records

• Camper profile and emergency contact information

• Medication forms (if needed)

All forms should be uploaded through our CampInTouch portal.

If you haven’t completed your forms yet, now is the time. Having this information in advance helps our team prepare properly and ensures a smooth check-in process for your camper.

A Message from Nurse Claudia

Our camp nurse, Claudia, is currently reviewing each camper’s health profile. If she has any questions about your child’s medical history, medications, or allergies, she will be calling you directly to follow up. Please keep an eye out for a phone call in the coming weeks.

If you see a number you don’t recognize, we appreciate you picking up—it’s likely Nurse Claudia trying to connect.
